TRAFFIC CITATIONS

Wyatt, Underwood & Myers, PLLC, handles all El Paso traffic citations, and we also fight to recall your open warrants. We handle citations given by El Paso Police, the El Paso Sheriff's Office, the DPS, and even area School District Police.

Traffic citations are misdemeanor offenses that are punishable by a fine plus court costs. However, in addition to fines and court costs, traffic tickets may result in DPS Surcharges, Suspension of your Driver's License, damage to your driving record, and increased insurance premiums.

Traffic tickets are so important these days that we have assigned one lawyer to exclusively handle traffic tickets and open warrants. We handle all citations for $25 each and open warrants for $50 each.
